Tower Court Pool

Designed for all ages, it features a 3.5 to 4-foot deep pool, perfect for cooling off, along with a kiddie pool for little swimmers to splash and play. Easily spotted by its iconic 40-foot tower, Tower Pool is conveniently located near the intersection of Lower Greenway & Ridgeline Road, making it a favorite gathering spot for relaxation and family fun.
Boardwalk Pool
Boardwalk Pool, located at the end of Boulevard, is a perfect spot for both relaxation and recreation in Carlton Landing. This inviting pool area features lounging chairs with umbrellas, a hot tub for ultimate relaxation, and plenty of space to unwind. For those who love to grill and gather, the two propane grills make it easy to cook up a meal while enjoying the outdoors. Plus, with a pingpong table on-site, there’s always a little friendly competition to keep the fun going!
Lakeside Pool
Lakeside Pool, one of our largest pools, is conveniently located across from the Carlton Landing Welcome Center and Mama Tig's, offering picturesque views overlooking the Aqua Park. This inviting oasis features ample lounge chairs with umbrellas for relaxation, on-site restrooms, and the seasonal Poolside Restaurant, owned and operated by the proprietors of The Meeting House.
Bocce Ball
Bocce ball at Carlton Landing is a laid-back yet competitive pastime, perfect for enjoying the community’s relaxed, social atmosphere. The courtesy dock is the perfect spot for water lovers and anglers alike. With convenient wave runner slips, it’s easy to hop on and off the water for a quick ride across the lake. Located right next to the aqua park, it’s a lively hub of activity where families gather to swim, play, and soak up the lake life. For fishing enthusiasts, the dock is a hidden gem—an excellent spot to reel in crappie, especially in the early morning or just before sunset. Plus, if you need to run up to your house or take a little lake break, you can park your boat there for a bit, making it a super convenient stop during a day on the water.
Propane Grills
Carlton Landing provides three propane gas grills for community use, making it easy to enjoy outdoor cooking. Two grills are located at the Boardwalk Pool, perfect for hosting a poolside BBQ while the family swims and relaxes. The third grill is in the community garden, near the chicken coop and across from The Meeting House, offering a charming spot to cook while enjoying the peaceful garden setting. Whether you're grilling up burgers by the pool or preparing a meal near the garden, these shared grills make outdoor dining simple and convenient.
Festival Lawn
Festival Lawn is a lively gathering space in Carlton Landing, located next to Mama Tig’s and across from the Airstream Food Park. It’s home to live music, community meals, and activities, as well as Friday night movies under the stars.
